Training are adapted to the age and knowledge level of the participants. The program is designed for adult men and women who want to play sports recreationally and learn volleyball skills.

How do we work?

Program focus:

basic technical elements (serve, reception, set, spike)<br>

coordination and physical conditioning adapted to participants' abilities

development of team play

Training sessions are led by educated coaches with experience working with adult beginners.
